admin on October 31st, 2011 Sometime our operating system does not recognize the flash/pen/usb drive. So when we connect usb/flash to PC, it gives message that “usb needs to be formatted”, but when we click format button windows again gives message that “Windows was unable to complete the format”. This error can be easily fixed/solved.
